 planning for sydney

ive been to sydney quite a few times already
but ive always been doing the SAME things
goin to the same restaurants
doin the same tourisy things.

so its time for real exploration now.
I did some research.
mind you, not on places to visit
but FOOD planning.
I tell u, this is the CORE of a holiday.
core.

So i roughly came up with a list, although I havent got to ask around about how they're like, so if any of u do have some comments, please do leave them.

1. Desserts: Adriano Zumbo look at their collection. how can i not go check them out?

2. Yum Cha: Din Tai Fung (I heard theyve got branches in many countries leh) OR Palace Chinese Restaurant OR should I head back to Zilver?

3. Japanese: I always go to Musashi, they're good, but was thinking if there are better ones? Wagaya OR Akaneya?

4. Find dining: Should I try out the restaurants for the Merivale Winter Feasts?

5. Good food and wine show! there will be celebrity theatres with Gordon ramsey, tobie puttock and matt moran.

hmmm..... these are my thoughts now.
Any other suggestions?
